Refund policy

Pieces may be returned within thirty days of delivery, unworn and with the house packaging intact. Return shipping is free; we send the label.

We refund to the original payment method once the piece is back with us and checked. Personalised and made-to-order pieces are final sale. A garment that fails through fault of make is repaired or replaced by the atelier at no cost — write to repairs.
