How does the sizing run?

The tees and polos are cut oversized to a set house pattern, with a true drop shoulder. If you are between sizes, take the smaller for a closer line. Each product page carries its measurements; Client Care will advise on any piece.

How is my order shipped?

Orders are sent insured and tracked. You receive the tracking the day the piece leaves us. Duties and timing depend on the destination and are shown at checkout.

What is your returns policy?

A piece may be returned within thirty days, unworn and in its presentation, for a full refund. Write to Client Care and we will arrange the collection.

How do I know a piece is genuine?

Every GLIDE piece carries one oxblood structural stitch on a hidden interior seam, the same mark on every colourway. Turn the piece out and you will find it. It is the house signature and our authenticity mark.

Do you repair pieces?

We do, for the life of the piece. Write to care@glidewears.com with a note and a photograph and we will arrange the repair.

Can I visit the atelier?

Private appointments are held in Paris by request. Write to Client Care with the day that suits you.
