The House

GLIDE WEARS is a heritage house, established MMXXVI, in Paris. It was founded on a single position: that the most considered thing a wardrobe can do is stop announcing itself.

We make for the post-noise era. A small range, made well, in cloth you feel through the bag and cuts you notice only after a year of wear. Nothing shouts. The mark that matters is on the inside.

Our animal is the goat. It climbs where others stop, moves without weight, and carries the older meaning the letters spell out. It appears small at the chest, on the hardware, beneath the foot.

We make for a particular person. Between twenty-eight and forty-five, well travelled, who has read enough to stop performing taste. They own little and replace it slowly. They buy for the label inside as much as the cloth outside. We make for them.
